Joining a newly created team, working in an expanding market and on behalf of a global household name, these fantastic new Customer Support Associate roles are based in Dublin and involve providing support and advice for our client’s French-speaking customers. There are a number of these brand new positions available, offering excellent opportunities for fluent French speakers to utilise their excellent customer service skills!

Handling a variety of inbound calls with high levels of customer service, the roles involve taking responsibility for troubleshooting and assisting with site navigation, order processing and tracking, handling delivery issues, processing refunds and other website issues. As well as being customer-focused and flexible, the successful candidates will be confident communicators and must be fluent in both written and spoken French and English. Computer navigation skills are essential for these roles as well as problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task and in return, our client are offering an attractive package including a competitive salary of €25,000 plus a generous quarterly bonus and other great benefits.

Role of French speaking Customer Support Associate:

  • Taking inbound calls from French-speaking customers
  • Handling each call with exceptional levels of customer service
  • Building rapport and ensuring service is delivered to contractual KPIs
  • Clarify customer requirements, troubleshooting and using support tools to resolve issues
  • Assisting with site navigation and other website issues
  • Processing and tracking orders, refunds and dealing with delivery problems

Skills required for the role:

  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including computer navigation
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Flexible and adaptable
