Multilingual Reservations Consultant
We’re seeking computer-savvy French speakers for some fantastic new roles in Dublin, for immediate start! There are several positions available in this newly-created team, providing support and guidance to French-speaking customers regarding a new online-shopping tool, offering an attractive package and a fantastic opportunity to utilise your fluency in French in a great new role in a bustling, multi-cultural city!
The successful candidates will be fluent in both French and English and will have both strong customer service and IT skills as the roles involve navigating, trouble-shooting and problem-solving on the tool, as well as offering support and advice. Our well-known client is offering a generous package including a competitive starting salary of €25,000 plus bonuses and excellent benefits including pension, life assurance, education allowance, discounted gym memberships, medical and phone plans, free parking and an on-site canteen. Role of Online Support Consultant (French speaking):
- Dealing with inbound calls from French-speaking customers
- Handling customer service queries regarding an online-shopping tool
- Building rapport, offering expert advice and solutions to problems
- Processing and tracking orders and handling delivery issues
- Remaining calm under pressure and offering high levels of customer service
Skills required for the role:
- Fluency in both French and English
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong IT skills including the ability to navigate around computers/websites
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, trouble-shoot and offer practical solutions
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work well as part of a team
