Are you looking for an Administration role within the Travel sector? Perhaps you’re a Travel Consultant looking to move into a back office position or a Travel Administrator or Sales Support looking for a new challenge? This is an interesting and varied role which involves offering administrative support to a busy travel agency, actioning email queries, checking booking elements, processing tickets, invoices and refunds amongst other administrative duties. Our client is looking for highly organised and customer-focused candidates with previous administrative experience within the travel sector, the ability work well both autonomously and as part of team and with keen attention to detail. In return, our client are offering a competitive starting salary of up to £17k pro rata plus excellent industry benefits and a Monday to Friday working week.

Role of Travel Administration Executive:
- Supporting both the agency sales and homeworking teams
- Administrative duties including the processing of tickets, invoices and refunds
- Handling email queries
- Loading and checking booking elements
- Collating sales and incentive reports
- Other ad hoc duties and projects
Skills required for the role:
- Previous administrative experience within the travel industry
- Ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Proactive and flexible approach
