Description:

The successful candidate can be based from home, or from one of our client's UK offices and will be responsible for delivering a seamless travel management service to European clients, booking multi-sector flights, building in-depth travel itineraries and dealing with any other ad hoc requests. Oral and written fluency in Dutch (and English) is essential for these roles, along with working knowledge of a native GDS, excellent worldwide geography and a positive, can-do attitude.

Role of Dutch speaking Business Travel Consultant:

  • Assist clients with their travel enquiries both over the phone and via email, including booking flights, hotels, rail, car-hire, airport parking and advising on travel visas requirements.
  • Convert general enquiries into bookings utilising all the tools and technology available.
  • Take ownership of travel requests enquiries received via phone or email.
  • Ensure all communication both written and verbal is professional, accurate and conducted in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered to internal and external customers at all times.

Skills required for the role:

  • Previous reservations experience within the travel sector - essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English - essential
  • Working knowledge of a GDS - essential
  • Excellent worldwide geography
  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service at all times
  • Highly professional and pro-active approach
