As a Travel Sales Executive, your goal will be to make sure all clients return home having had a trip which exceeds their expectations and with this in mind, our client is not only looking for candidates with previous travel sales experience but with the ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
In return, they can offer a Monday – Friday working week, with two days working from home and three days in their smart, city centre offices and a starting salary of up to £22.5k, plus commission & excellent industry benefits.

Role of Travel Sales Executive:
- Responsible for the planning, selling and implementation of tailor-made travel itineraries, and to make the most of every single sales enquiry received
- Ensure the advice given and products sold to clients, as well as any supporting information, is of the highest standard
- Interacting with clients mostly over the telephone, web chat or email
- Manage repeat customer portfolio to encourage further business
Skills required for the role:
- Significant sales experience gained within the Travel Industry - essential
- Experience in creating Tailor-made holidays
- Ability to learn and develop extensive product knowledge (training will be provided) to cover all brands within the Portfolio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Ability to quickly and successfully build relationships, credibility and rapport with the customers
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
