We're looking for a number of Contact Centre Consultants to join our client, an award-winning, household name, based in their Greater Manchester Call Centre. Handling inbound customer queries, the successful candidates will be responsible for building rapport with customers by providing a high level of customer service, whilst resolving any queries or issues as efficiently as possible.

Previous experience gained in a telephone based, customer service focused role is essential for the position, along with a pro-active approach and the ability to work with autonomy. In return, our client can offer a basic salary of £18-19k, plus shift allowance, bonus & excellent benefits. Role of Contact Centre Consultant:

  • Handle inbound customer enquires via phone, displaying empathy and active listening skills
  • Following up with agreed outcome/proceedure via email
  • Deliver a high level of customer service that exceeds the customers' expectations, whilst resolving customers' issues quickly and efficiently
  • Work to company set KPIs, highlighting any necessary areas requiring additional support or training

Skills required for the role:

  • Minimum of two years experience in a customer service, telephone based role
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers, using empathy and active listening
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible with regard to working hours
