They’re now looking for a Part-time Operations & Admin Executive to join their team in a fully homebased role and will consider any candidates with operations, admin, sales or customer service gained within the travel sector.
Our client is looking for candidates who can commit to 20 hours per week, over 5 days, Monday to Friday (i.e. 10am - 2pm Mon - Fri) so will suit those looking for flexible working hours and who are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within a small and friendly team.
In return, our client can offer a salary circa £24k pro rata, plus excellent benefits including heavily discounted holidays and opportunities for free overseas accommodation from suppliers.

Role of Part-time Operations & Admin Executive:
- Book and confirm hotels, transfers, tours, or any other necessary components with overseas suppliers.
- Once all items are confirmed, send the final confirmation to the client.
- Verify that deposits have been charged and accurately entered on the system.
- Monitor upcoming departures and follow up with clients who have outstanding balances.
- Email travel documents to clients.
- Manage the necessary back-office paperwork between the TTA head office and the company.
- Monitor and coordinate weekly administrative tasks requested by TTA.
- Assist clients in resolving any overseas problems efficiently and promptly.
- Be prepared to assist with sales and enquiries when needed, ensuring flexibility in supporting the team.
Skills required for the role:
- Previous, recent travel industry experience - essential
- Strong administration and customer service skills
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Diligent, reliable & excellent communicator
- Able to work effectively with autonomy & as a team player
