Role of Sales Account Executive:
- Identifying, targeting new business leads.
- Driving revenue conversion from new business, typically won and trading in the same period.
- Phone based & virtual account development reviews, targeting a substantial portfolio of growth customers to implement a new, dynamic, and engaging remote relationship model.
- Targeting product sales that maximise on contract spend and new revenue streams.
- Partnering with Service, Tech, Operations or Finance teams to deliver continuous improvement of the commercial impact of the customer on the wider business.
- Developing and implementing action plans for improvement, tracking results and performance.
Skills required for the role:
- Experience in operating high volume outbound phone and virtual sales customer engagements.
- A great sales process and experience in customer needs analysis.
- Highly analytical and data driven, completely at home operating the SalesForce CRM.
- Ability to deliver collaborative solutions.
- Highly organised and structured, can develop a clear action plan and drive to conclusion.
- Skilled in building rapport to positively influence the customer and drive revenue performance.
