This fast paced and often demanding role will involve all aspects of the recruitment cycle from new business development, account management, building client and candidate relationships, interviewing and placing travel, call centre or multilingual industry professionals. We're very proud of our interview to placement ratio and therefore encourage our consultants to find and offer the best possible solution for both clients and candidates. No two days will be the same and your success will be determined by your commitment and determination to succeed, as recruitment can be highly competitive but also extremely rewarding!

Our ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the travel, call centre or multilingual sector along with proven sales/account management experience and we're also happy to consider those currently working in other areas of recruitment, who'd like to move into a more specialist recruitment role. In return, we can offer a highly competitive basic salary plus a generous, uncapped commission structure, excellent benefits, along with the opportunity to work in what we consider to be the most interesting and rewarding sectors in recruitment!

We’re looking for:

Previous experience within the travel, call centre or multilingual sector, in a sales or account management role OR
A proven track record within a recruitment role
A confident communicator with an exceptional telephone manner
The ability to speak a second European language fluently would be an advantage
A keen eye for detail
A tenacious and resourceful approach
A stable career history
A genuine desire to build a career within the recruitment sector
