Description:

Our client is a big believer that the “devil is in the detail” and are looking for those who are able to offer exceptional levels of service and a highly personalised approach. Your own cruise experience is also important, as you’ll be guiding your customers, making recommendations based on your experiences on board, to ensure they enjoy their ultimate cruise holiday.

On offer is a generous starting salary of £27k plus excellent uncapped earnings and benefits including ship visits, fam trips, private medical insurance, concessions towards your own holiday, 33 days annual leave and more!

Our client's opening hours are Mon – Sun, 9am – 7pm, on a rota basis and the role can be fully remote.

For those with managerial experience, there will also be the opportunity to progress to a Team Leader position quickly, which will also offer excellent earning potential.

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Offering excellent customer service, whilst building strong relationships

  • Build, nurture and grow an engaged database.

  • Convert company generated leads following a tried and tested sales process

I cannot recommend Succeed Recruitment and especially Rachel enough. I applied for a job and the service and advice was excellent. She’s a credit to the role and the industry. Informative, helpful, professional…we could be here all day! 

Despite being out of the industry for 4 years (thanks to COVID) we talked this through and she felt I was a strong candidate for the role. She put forward my CV and the next day she was in touch to let me know they wished to interview. Within a week I had completed the Zoom call with my new employer and within 45 mins I had Rachel on the phone congratulating me as they wanted to offer me to job!
