Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Cruise Travel Consultant who can bring expertise, personality and professionalism to every customer interaction.

This is a full-time, fully remote role working within the hours of 8am – 8pm on a rota basis. Our client can offer a highly competitive salary up to £28k plus bonus (OTE £45,000), regular incentives, travel discounts & educational trips and clear opportunities for career progression.

Role of Cruise Sales Consultant:

  • Create inspiring, tailor-made cruise holidays
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Provide accurate costings and quotations
  • Process bookings efficiently and with precision
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
  • Maximise each client’s experience and overall satisfaction

Skills required for the role:

  • Previous, recent experience in a cruise sales role
  • Strong knowledge of cruises, cruise line systems, and packaging (no GDS required)
  • Proven sales ability with strong business acumen
  • Confidence, professionalism, and a natural flair for building rapport
  • Knowledge of worldwide travel destinations
  • Highly organised with strong computer skills + ability to manage multiple systems
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Thrives in a busy sales environment
  • Ready to join a small, friendly team and hit the ground running ASAP

I contacted Succeed after seeing a vacancy that was of interest.

Cheryl picked up my CV on the Monday morning and called me first thing, after a brief chat about some of the opportunities available we decided to send of a couple of applications.
