I contacted Succeed after seeing a vacancy that was of interest.

Cheryl picked up my CV on the Monday morning and called me first thing, after a brief chat about some of the opportunities available we decided to send of a couple of applications.

Cheryl then contacted me again on Tuesday with another vacancy (that don’t come up very often) that ticked all the boxes, by afternoon had secured an interview for me on the Thursday. The following Tuesday Cheryl calls with a job offer. One week from start to finish!

Cheryl has been amazing throughout the entire process, with regular communication even after the job was complete. I took a 7 year hiatus from the Travel industry to develop my skills in a completely different role. Unfortunately, that came to an abrupt end through to insolvency and it knocked me sideways as I was climbing the career ladder.

Decided to explore the option of getting back into the travel industry as I’ve got 17 years of specialist experience within the luxury tailored holidays and cruise sectors. My concern was how employers would respond from being mid level management to wanting to be back on the front line consulting. Cheryl made the journey enjoyable and presented 2 fantastic companies that both gave me the offers.

She guided me with interview techniques as usually it’s been word of mouth and recommendation for me in the past. Very efficient with guidance notes and following up for feedback after each interview. She actually made the process effortless.

Despite being out of the industry for 4 years (thanks to COVID) we talked this through and she felt I was a strong candidate for the role. She put forward my CV and the next day she was in touch to let me know they wished to interview.
