I cannot recommend Succeed Recruitment and especially Rachel enough. I applied for a job and the service and advice was excellent. She’s a credit to the role and the industry. Informative, helpful, professional…we could be here all day!

Despite being out of the industry for 4 years (thanks to COVID) we talked this through and she felt I was a strong candidate for the role. She put forward my CV and the next day she was in touch to let me know they wished to interview. Within a week I had completed the Zoom call with my new employer and within 45 mins I had Rachel on the phone congratulating me as they wanted to offer me to job!

The overall experience has been so stress free and easy.

Rachel genuinely seemed keen to help get me back into the industry and she did it first time! Can’t ask for more than that!

During the process leading up to me starting my new role Rachel was always on hand to offer advice and guide me on any questions or concerns I may have had. We checked in with each other regularly and it felt like I was in contact with a friend.

Her professional but relaxed attitude is a credit. I feel if I have any last minute things questions I will not be a nuisance!

I was unexpectedly made redundant very recently and with Christmas coming up, was in a bit of a panic. I got a call from Rachel at Succeed Recruitment within minutes of uploading my CV and she was ever so warm, friendly and sympathetic. She went through my CV and we discussed my skills - within days she had landed me two interviews. One was not successful but the one I had a few days later hired me after a few hours of the interview.

I contacted Succeed after seeing a vacancy that was of interest.

Cheryl picked up my CV on the Monday morning and called me first thing, after a brief chat about some of the opportunities available we decided to send of a couple of applications.

Cheryl then contacted me again on Tuesday with another vacancy (that don’t come up very often) that ticked all the boxes, by afternoon had secured an interview for me on the Thursday. The following Tuesday Cheryl calls with a job offer. One week from start to finish!
