Role of Cruise Customer Service Specialist:
- Handling a variety of post-sales queries via phone and email.
- Arranging special requests and add-ons to enhance client bookings.
- Booking additional services when required including excursions, dining, and drink packages.
- Managing booking amendments and changes.
- Completing any ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating where necessary.
- Liaising with internal departments with any queries or amendments
- Offering an exceptional level of customer service and completing work to a high standard.
Skills required for the role:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role within the cruise sector - essential.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Capable of managing complaints and finding amicable resolutions.
- Strong team player
