Introduction: We're looking for an experienced travel administration and finance executive to join a fast paced and very friendly travel organisation based in Leeds, on a full time basis. Working closely with the General Manager and the homeworking team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing tickets, checking bookings and prepare statements and invoices on a monthly basis for the homeworking division.

*Please note - hours of work are Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm with occasional Saturdays.
Role of Finance & Admin Executive:
- Oversee balance reports and collate staff sales, incentives and commission payments
- Prepare statements and invoices on a monthly basis for the homeworking division
- Process and check supplier invoices against loaded bookings
- Quality check all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations
- Process and chase tickets
- Confirmation/cancellation invoice check and send
- Liaise with homeworkers to correct and amend existing bookings
- Assist in the loading of bookings at busy sales periods
- Respond to email queries from customers, suppliers and our homeworking team members
- Monitor errata’s and liaise with homeworkers to ensure customers and bookings are fully updated
Skills required for the role:
- 12 months experience gained within a similar travel admin role
- Ability to use Excel would be an advantage
- Working well on your own initiative, and as a team player
- Strong attention to detail and to be able to work in a busy environment, working under pressure
- PC literate and ability to use reservations and website booking systems to download and process bookings.
