Role of Head of Cruise Operations:
- Drive revenue growth through effective account management, development of key partners, and seeking out new partners to expand the customer base.
- Oversee, manage lead, and motivate the sales team, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved including some personal sales.
- Stay up to date with products and competitors, collect customer feedback, and conduct market research to delivery competitive marketing campaigns and feedback to product department
- Reporting to senior management to manage and deliver the product KPIs.
- Review and analyse data, performance, and processes to ensure margin and efficiency improvements across all suppliers, thereby increasing profitability and productivity.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with suppliers to negotiate commercial agreements and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Ensure that daily operations within the department are streamlined and consistently delivered
