Description:

This can be a hybrid or fully home-based role and our ideal candidate will have good understanding of the cruise sector, have previous experience of working in a similar customer focused role and ability to work well in a fast paced environment.

In return our client can offer a competitive salary up £25k, hours of Monday – Friday 9 - 5.30pm with just 2 Saturdays per month and excellent benefits including private medical insurance and concessions towards your own cruise holidays.

Role of Luxury Cruise Customer Service & Admin Executive:

  • Answering calls from customers with existing cruise bookings
  • Dealing with amendments, cancellations, and payments
  • Delivering high levels of customer service at all times

I took a 7 year hiatus from the Travel industry to develop my skills in a completely different role. Unfortunately, that came to an abrupt end through to insolvency and it knocked me sideways as I was climbing the career ladder.

Decided to explore the option of getting back into the travel industry as I’ve got 17 years of specialist experience within the luxury tailored holidays and cruise sectors. My concern was how employers would respond from being mid level management to wanting to be back on the front line consulting. Cheryl made the journey enjoyable and presented 2 fantastic companies that both gave me the offers.

She guided me with interview techniques as usually it’s been word of mouth and recommendation for me in the past. Very efficient with guidance notes and following up for feedback after each interview. She actually made the process effortless.

Working with Rachel the director was a pleasure, almost felt like we knew each other from a different life. Very approachable.

From the 7th October I’ve done a full U-Turn and heading back to the industry that I’ve always been passionate about thanks to the Lovely Cheryl Webb and Rachel Wigley.
