Our client is an award winning provider of travel management solutions, with a dedicated team of homebased Business Travel Consultants and a global presence with offices in the UK, USA and across Europe.

They're now looking to expand their team and are keen to speak to experienced Business Travel Consultants looking for a part-time opportunity to work from home, 3 days per week (circa 23 hours.) Training will be delivered remotely and all equipment is provided for you.

Role of Business Travel Consultant:

Delivering a first-class travel management service to clients
Handling reservations and ticketing for air, hotels, rail and car hire
Dealing with amendments, cancellations and schedule changes
Keeping up to date with industry news which may affect clients
Offering exceptional levels of customer service at all times

Skills required for the role:

Previous reservations experience within the Business Travel sector - essential
Experience arranging multi-sector flight itineraries
Good working knowledge of a GDS
Excellent worldwide geography
Ability to deliver high levels of customer service at all times
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
