We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Business Travel Consultants to bring their extensive corporate travel knowledge to this brand new Business Travel Consultant role, delivering a high touch service to corporate travellers.

Based in Birmingham and offering a full range of travel services to a loyal portfolio of clients, our client is a well-established Travel Management Company who pride themselves on their reputation for innovation and service. They’re looking for business travel consultants who support this vision, so their ideal candidate will be customer-focused with exceptional customer service skills, ideally with a minimum of two years Business Travel experience, a keen eye for detail and a confident, professional telephone manner.

Role of Business Travel Consultant:

  • Booking all aspects of business travel including flights, rail, hotel and car reservations, using a GDS
  • You will be responsible for handling the enquiry from start to finish including searching for a range of fares (nett, consol and published) and travel options and presenting these to your clients
  • Dealing with enquiries from low cost options through to round the world itineraries
  • Offering exceptional levels of customer service at all times

Skills required for the role:

  • A minimum of two years business travel experience
  • Full proficiency with a GDS
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Confident, professional telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
