We have a fabulous opportunity for customer focused travel industry professionals to join one of the UK's leading Travel Management Companies, based in their Manchester city centre office, or from home after the initial training/probation period.
As a Customer Service Executive, the successful candidate will have the ability to deliver an exceptional level of service at all times and have a genuine interest in problem solving and query resolution. GDS experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as training can be provided. Role of Customer Service Executive:
- Manage, and respond to post-travel complaints and feedback from customers, ensuring our client delivers the highest level of customer service possible
- Evaluate inbound/outbound calls and emails responses to assess consultant demeanour, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures
- Develop, create, and implement quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendations for enhancements to training, as needed to enhance our client's customers' experience
Skills required for the role:
- Previous experience in business or leisure travel
- GDS experience would be a distinct advantage
- Interest in investigation and problem solving
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional service
- Attention to detail
- Customer focused multi-tasker
