Our London based client is aiming for dramatic growth over the next 3-5 years and are looking for junior and senior Business Travel Consultants who share their ambition.
The role of Business Travel Consultant involves advising on and arranging all aspects of travel and related services, complying with all the client’s requests and ensuring everything is included in the booking file, client communication and other documentation. You’ll utilise your GDS experience as you explore and offer all relevant fare options, complete all travel documents and verify confirmations, making best use of the full range of computerised reservation and back office systems.
In all cases, you’ll be playing an integral part in our client’s close-knit operations team servicing a dedicated client base: maintaining the highest level of customer service, meeting all deadlines efficiently and upholding exacting quality standards.

Role of Business Travel Consultant:
- Servicing a dedicated client base
- Advising on and arranging all aspects of travel and related services
- Ensuring operational deadlines and SLAs are met
- Ensure compliance with all client requests and that all bookings meet quality standards
- Offering exceptional levels of customer service at all times
Skills required for the role:
- Previous experience within the airline, leisure or business travel sectors
- Proficiency with a GDS
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and committed
- Strong team player
