We’re looking for experienced Business Travel professionals with a good working knowledge of corporate travel booking systems and processes and a strong understanding of how they interlink, for a brand new Business Travel Online and Business Support Manager role.

Role of Online & Business Support Manager:
- Online portal implementation and trouble shooting
- Extracts and payment processes
- Demonstrating GDS knowledge in terms of its capability, functions, Pseudos’ and applications and profiles, Navitas products that interact with GDS
- Demonstrating knowledge of Conferma and the ability to set up boarding requests, sites for online portals and a full knowledge of virtual payment processes and SNAP and Conferma Pay, booker reports
- Evolvi - creation of sites and knowledge of booking site functionality, integration and product
- Integration from online to offline processing into the back office
- Excel HR feeds and general knowledge of the process into online portals
- Third party integrations such as Travelfusion and Paxport
- Hotel integration from Booking.com, Travelodge, Expedia and Premier Inn etc.
Skills required for the role:
- Previous experience working within the Business Travel Sector
- Excellent knowledge of booking tools and processes and how all systems interlink/ integrate with third parties
- Proven customer service skills and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team but also work unsupervised when required
