We're looking for experienced Business Travel Consultants across London as our industry leading client recruits for Home-based Senior Business Travel Consultants to join their team. If you're a native GDS proficient Business Travel Consultant, with a minimum of three years recent, corporate travel experience, exceptional customer service skills and a spare room or office in which to work from, we'd love to hear from you!

Working from home and providing an unrivalled and efficient travel management service to corporate clients, successful candidates will be responsible for offering the best routes and carriers to the client whilst delivering 100% customer satisfaction at all times. Full proficiency on a GDS is required for the positions and previous experience of working within a TMC is also essential.

Skills required for the role:

  • Recent experience as a Business Travel Consultant – minimum three years
  • In-depth reservations experience using native Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
  • Experience with ticketing, fare calculations, ticket reissues would be an advantage
  • Strong account management skills and a good telephone manner
  • Professional, motivated and flexible approach
  • Resourceful and calm under pressure
  • Quiet space or spare room in which to work from
  • Flexibility with regard to weekend/bank holiday working and office visits
