I took a 7 year hiatus from the Travel industry to develop my skills in a completely different role. Unfortunately, that came to an abrupt end through to insolvency and it knocked me sideways as I was climbing the career ladder.

I couldn't be happier! I'll admit that previous experience with other Recruitment Agencies made me sceptical to begin with.

However, Succeed were amazing from start to finish. Cheryl & Rachel were both incredible the whole way through. I can honestly say I felt like they cared about me and getting me into a role that suited me, I didn't feel like just another tick box like I had when dealing with previous recruitment agencies.
