As a Travel Customer Care Advisor, you’ll have the opportunity to become an expert in the Business Travel Sector, work with B2B customers and be part of a dynamic, growing team. You’ll act proactively and address your clients’ needs at any stage of their travels, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining relationships at a 7 Star satisfaction standard.
These are full-time positions, with varied shift patterns between 7am and 7pm Mon to Fri and one in six Saturdays. Our client can offer full training (inc. GDS), a competitive starting salary of £22k, full generous holiday allowance so you can rest and recharge, opportunity to work hybrid a few days a week after 6 months, exponential growth opportunities and much, much more!

Role of Travel Customer Care Advisor:
- Support B2B customers in their Business Travels
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues
- Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations as much as possible when managing bookings, queries and requests
- Resolve problems by applying established company policies, procedures and tactics
- Addressing, pre-empting and solving problems
- Help define and establish best practices together with the rest of the team in sales, operations and customer care
Skills required for the role:
- Customer Service Experience gained in a fast-paced office environment OR
- Graduate looking to begin their career within the travel sector
- Excellent telephone manner
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload efficiently to tight deadlines
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to deliver a seven star service!
