Salary and benefits: £18,000 to £30,000 basic salary + OTE & benefits

The role offers fantastic earning potential including a competitive basic salary of up to £18k, travel industry benefits, uncapped commission, with an average OTE of £30k!

Our client is happy to consider candidates with previous experience gained within any telephone based sales roles (telesales, travel sales, media sales, insurance/utility etc.) with good customer service skills and above all, the ability to close a sale!

Role of Travel Sales Consultant:

Upsell holidays and associated extras to customers who have made travel enquiries online
Maximise sales and cross sales on both inbound and outbound (warm) calls
Dynamically package holidays to a wide range of destinations
Deliver excellent customer service
Offer expert advice and personal recommendations
Work towards and achieve sales targets

Skills required for the role:

Previous telesales experience from any sector - travel/media/insurance/utilities etc. OR
Ambitious graduate/college leaver - (part-time roles are also available for those still in higher education)
Proven travel sales track record
Sales driven and self-motivated
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Flexible with regard to working hours

My concern was how employers would respond from being mid level management to wanting to be back on the front line consulting. Cheryl made the journey enjoyable and presented 2 fantastic companies that both gave me the offers.
