Calling all Cruise Customer Service Specialists! We have a brand new, fully homebased role which offers a highly competitive salary up to £28k and a Monday to Friday working week between 9am – 6pm!

As a Cruise Customer Service Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our client’s customers enjoy a seamless post-booking experience. Excellent knowledge of the cruise market is essential for the position, along with a customer focused approach and strong problem solving skills.

Role of Cruise Customer Service Consultant:

Handling a variety of post-sales queries via phone and email.
Arranging special requests and add-ons to enhance client bookings.
Booking additional services when required including excursions, dining, and drink packages.
Managing booking amendments and changes.
Completing any ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating where necessary.
Liaising with internal departments with any queries or amendments
Offering an exceptional level of customer service and completing work to a high standard.

Skills required for the role:

Previous experience in a customer service or support role within the cruise sector is essential.
Excellent knowledge of the cruise market - essential.
Strong organisational skills: Professional, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving ability: Capable of managing complaints and finding amicable resolutions.
Team player: Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

I took a 7 year hiatus from the Travel industry to develop my skills in a completely different role. Unfortunately, that came to an abrupt end through to insolvency and it knocked me sideways as I was climbing the career ladder.

Decided to explore the option of getting back into the travel industry as I’ve got 17 years of specialist experience within the luxury tailored holidays and cruise sectors.
