As a Cruise Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our client’s customers enjoy a seamless post-booking experience. Excellent knowledge of the cruise market is essential for the position, along with a customer focused approach and strong problem solving skills.

Role of Cruise Customer Service Specialist:

Handling a variety of post-sales queries via phone and email.
Arranging special requests and add-ons to enhance client bookings.
Booking additional services when required including excursions, dining, and drink packages.
Managing booking amendments and changes.
Completing any ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating where necessary.
Liaising with internal departments with any queries or amendments
Offering an exceptional level of customer service and completing work to a high standard.

Skills required for the role:

Previous experience in a customer service or support role within the cruise sector - essential.
Strong organisational skills.
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Capable of managing complaints and finding amicable resolutions.
Strong team player

I contacted Succeed after seeing a vacancy that was of interest.

Cheryl picked up my CV on the Monday morning and called me first thing, after a brief chat about some of the opportunities available we decided to send of a couple of applications.
