As a Cruise Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our client’s customers enjoy a seamless post-booking experience. Excellent knowledge of the cruise market is essential for the position, along with a customer focused approach and strong problem solving skills.

Role of Cruise Customer Service Specialist:

Handling a variety of post-sales queries via phone and email
Arranging special requests and add-ons to enhance client bookings
Booking additional services when required including excursions, dining, and drink packages
Managing booking amendments and changes
Resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating where necessary
Liaising with internal departments with any queries or amendments
Offering an exceptional level of customer service at all times

Skills required for the role:

Previous experience in a customer service or support role within the cruise sector is essential
Experience of a wide range of cruise lines
Strong organisational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Problem-solving ability
Highly customer focused with an empathetic approach
