Our client, an award-winning online cruise agency, is looking for an experienced product executive with a passion for the cruise industry. If you love to get creative and have the ability to design tailor-made cruise holidays, then this could be your perfect role!

This is a fully home-based position in which you’ll be keeping up with cruise industry trends, liaising with suppliers securing exclusive rates and building new cruise and stay holidays to stay ahead of the competition. If you have previous experience in a similar role within the cruise sector, we’d love to hear from you!

Role of Cruise Product Executive:

Designing tailor-made cruise holidays which may include tours, excursions and rail
Analysis of competitors activity
Keeping up to date with new trends, promotions and cruise news
Building relationships suppliers to ensure exclusive rates
Display strong commercial awareness
Staff training on new products

Skills required for the role:

Experience of working within the travel/cruise industry
Ability to create tailor-made cruise and stay holidays
Excellent eye for detail
Can work in a fast paced environment, often working to deadlines
Creative, innovative and good presentation skills
Motivated with excellent organisational skills and able to multitask

I took a 7 year hiatus from the Travel industry to develop my skills in a completely different role. Unfortunately, that came to an abrupt end through to insolvency and it knocked me sideways as I was climbing the career ladder.
