Our client is a multi award-winning cruise agency and part of the largest cruise retailer in the world. They're expert in delivering exceptional levels of customer service, along with the perfect cruise holiday and are now looking for ambitious, cruise sales professionals to join them!

Previous experience in a similar cruise sales role is essential for the position, ideally within a fast paced, travel sales environment where the ability to multi-task is key. Personal cruise experience, either from fam trips / ship visits or your own holidays would also be a huge advantage, so you're confidently able to sell, based on your own experiences.

Role of Cruise Sales Concierge:

Selling cruise holidays over the phone and online chat across all cruise lines including tailor making to fit the customer’s specific requirements i.e. adding flights, transfers, hotels, and land tours, if required
Converting incoming calls and online chats into bookings to meet your personal and team targets
Following up leads, acting on customer buying signals and maximising sales leads
Delivering on agreed customer and sales targets (KPI’s)
Following company processes to ensure all bookings are completed accurately
Offering remarkable customers service by building rapport, understanding the needs of each customer, and using personal experience to encourage customer loyalty and retention
Taking the workload off your customers shoulders and letting them focus on enjoying the cruise!

Our client can offer:

A competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission (OTE £40k)

Regular fam trips so you can experience new ships or destinations
Fully home-based option with equipment provided

Skills required for the role:

Proven sales track record within the cruise sector - essential
Personal cruise experience would also be an advantage
Self-motivated with a pro-active approach to sales
Tenacious and resourceful
Flexibility with regard to working hours, to inc. evenings & weekends

I contacted Succeed after seeing a vacancy that was of interest.

Cheryl picked up my CV on the Monday morning and called me first thing, after a brief chat about some of the opportunities available we decided to send of a couple of applications.

Despite being out of the industry for 4 years (thanks to COVID) we talked this through and she felt I was a strong candidate for the role.
