We're looking for Cruise Sales Specialists for a fantastic, home-based opportunity with a well known travel organisation. Joining a newly created Cruise sales team, this is your chance to bring your cruise knowledge and expertise to the role and help build a specialist cruise department, within a highly successful Tour Operator!

Selling across all cruise lines, successful candidates will delight in offering exceptional levels of service, working to convert calls and other sources/leads into cruise bookings. You’ll use your excellent destination knowledge and previous experience of dynamic packaging to put together the best cruise holiday to match your customer’s needs, ensuring their holiday exceeds their expectations.

Previous experience of working in a sales position for a cruise specialist is essential for the role, along with strong sales skills and a pro-active, confident approach. In return, our client can offer a competitive salary of up to £24k, generous commission structure and other travel industry benefits. Role of Cruise Sales Specialist:

Selling a wide variety or cruise holidays and cruise and stay products
Identifying customer needs through effective questioning.
Offering expert advice and personal recommendations
Delivering high levels of customer service and build a repeat customer base
Offering expert advice and personal recommendations
Maximising all sales opportunities to achieve and exceed against targets

Skills required for the role:

A minimum of three years, recent cruise specialist sales experience - essential
Proven experience of selling across all cruise lines
Ability to tailor-make/dynamically package
Self-motivated and target driven
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to commit to full-time hours on a rota basis, to include weekends and evenings
