We’re looking for Cruise Sales Consultants to become a part of a large and well-established homeworking team, tailor-making cruise packages and offering expert impartial advice and a high touch, personal service.

Our award-winning client are a Cruise specialist with over 30 years experience, offering thousands of cruise deals to a wide ranging customer base. They have "Excellent", 5-star Trustpilot reviews, are multiple winner of both Europe’s and the World’s Best Cruise Agent and have been named the UK’s Most Successful Independent Travel Company, which also landed them a spot in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 Table!

The role offers a great deal of flexibility and the opportunity to choose the shift patterns that work best for you, combining a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend hours. As well as using your strong sales skills and expert product knowledge to create bespoke cruise packages, you’ll also encourage your own repeat business with customers able to come directly to you via your own consultant page and if you like sharing your love of cruising and fantastic onboard experiences, you’ll enjoy writing regular blogs and social media posts.

For experienced Travel Consultants with excellent knowledge of the cruise sector and ideally, personal cruise experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to share your knowledge of and passion for cruising in a flexible homeworking role. All the leads and equipment are provided for you, there are NO set up fees and the package includes a £17k basic salary, £20k guaranteed minimum earnings for your first 2 years plus excellent, uncapped earning potential and opportunities to attend fam trip and ship visits.

A minimum of 3 years cruise or travel sales experience
Good working knowledge of the cruise sector
Proficiency with cruise booking systems - Espresso, CCS, Polar, Airwaves, NCL, MSC Book
Ideally, personal cruise experience
Strong sales and customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to work with autonomy
Quiet, private space from which to work
