We have a fabulous, fully home-based opportunity for those with experience in the Luxury Cruise market! Our client's customers are looking not only for an ultra-luxury cruise holiday but also a high touch approach right from their initial enquiry.

If you know your ‘Yacht Club’ from your ‘Club Orange’, your ‘Queens Grill’ from your ‘Wintergarden’ and have excellent product knowledge of brands such as SeaDream, Ritz-Carlton, Seabourn and Azamara, we'd love to hear from you!

Joining our client as a Cruise Consultant for their luxury cruise products, you’ll take responsibility for looking after your customers from initial enquiry throughout their holiday journey and booking their next cruise holiday. They'll rely on you to provide guidance, advice and ultimately, an exceptional level of customer service throughout the process.

In return, they can offer a generous salary DOE, plus excellent, uncapped earning potential and benefits including regular, luxury cruise fam trips and sociable working hours.

Role of Luxury Cruise Consultant:

Selling luxury cruise holidays for all partner cruise lines – ocean and river cruise
Tailor-making, bespoke cruise holidays, by adding flights, hotel stays and land tours to meet the customers’ brief
Offering product guidance and advice, drawing upon your own experience of the brands
Delivering exceptional levels of customer service throughout the process
Achieving sales, conversion, and productivity targets

Skills required for the role:

Proven experience and sales track record within the luxury cruise sector – essential
Confidence and personality to build rapport quickly and communicate seamlessly with high spend customers
Ability to offer a high touch, personalised service, with a willingness to exceed the customers’ expectations
Personal cruise experience within luxury ocean and river cruise would be a huge advantage
