We have a fabulous opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading online cruise agencies as a Cruise Specialist, in which you'll not only benefit from a £2,000 "Golden Hello" bonus but will have the chance to choose your own working hours!

This is a fully remote role and will involve 5 days training at our client's head office, all expenses paid.

Recent cruise sales experience across all cruise lines is essential for the role and on offer is:

A guaranteed salary of £25k plus uncapped commission - top sellers in the August have earned anything from £7k - £10k bonus!
£2,000 joining / "golden hello" bonus
Ability to choose your own working hours
Guaranteed fam trip in the first 12 months

Role of Specialist Cruise Consultant:

Handling both telephone calls and web enquiries
Selling cruise holidays across all cruise lines inc. 6* and river
Tailor-making cruise and stay packages
Upselling and booking ancillary products where appropriate
Offering exceptional customer service, expert advice and personal recommendations
Working to and achieving sales targets

Our client can offer:

A guaranteed salary of £25k plus uncapped earning potential (£50k+) uncapped - top sellers earning £100k+
£2,000 "golden hello" bonus
Commission is paid monthly when booking is made
All quality leads and laptop/headset are provided for you

We’re looking for:

Recent cruise sales experience across a range of cruise lines - essential
Good personal cruise experience would be a huge advantage
Confident & engaging telephone manner
Genuine interest and desire to specialise in the cruise sector
Proven sales/profit generated track record
Tenacious and pro-active approach to sales with an ability to "close" the sale
Previous experience of working from home would be an advantage but isn’t essential
Quiet space or spare room from which to work

I contacted Succeed after seeing a vacancy that was of interest.

Cheryl picked up my CV on the Monday morning and called me first thing, after a brief chat about some of the opportunities available we decided to send of a couple of applications.

Cheryl then contacted me again on Tuesday with another vacancy (that don’t come up very often) that ticked all the boxes, by afternoon had secured an interview for me on the Thursday. The following Tuesday Cheryl calls with a job offer. One week from start to finish!

Cheryl has been amazing throughout the entire process, with regular communication even after the job was complete.
