Our client, one of the UK’s top Cruise companies are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Tailor Made Package Product Executive to join their growing Package Team. Working closely with the Head of Packages, Commercial & Trading teams, Tour Operations, and Online teams, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling package products using exclusive and competitive NET rates, ensuring they are accurately loaded, effectively promoted, and commercially successful.

This role plays a key part in the planning, creation, execution, and promotion of bespoke cruise & stay packages, including escorted, FIT, and tailor-made products.

This is a fully remote role, however monthly visits to Head Office, based in the West Midlands will be required. Hours of work are Monday – Friday with flexibility for evening and weekend work if required.

Role of Tailor-Made Package Product Executive:

Building a portfolio of package products including escorted package products
Loading package product & ensuring pricing accuracy
Creating new and exciting FIT packages to market
Selecting deals for marketing activity
Ensuring marketing is executed correctly and delivered on time
Reacting to market trends, ensuring that we have a competitive advantage
Building relationships with Cruise Lines to get access to exclusive rates
Working closely with the Head of Packages & Package team to build new product
Working closely with the Tour Operations team building new tour packages
Working with the Online team to ensure the package product is visible & accurate
Identifying new destinations for package growth
Ensuring all packages are accessible by stakeholders
Effectively promoting new and Existing Tailor Made Packages
Competitors Package Analysis
Weekly updates and analysis on newly created and most successful packages

Skills required for the role:

Cruise sales or product experience essential
Cruise line destination & promotional knowledge preferred
Experience in creating bespoke cruise & stay packages
Understanding of cruise line/ land tour/ bedbank systems & processes
Superb attention to detail
Reporting experience with Microsoft Excel/Word skills & preferably Google Sheets
Effective communication skills & a drive to succeed

Despite being out of the industry for 4 years (thanks to COVID) we talked this through and she felt I was a strong candidate for the role. She put forward my CV and the next day she was in touch to let me know they wished to interview. I contacted Succeed after seeing a vacancy that was of interest.

Cheryl picked up my CV on the Monday morning and called me first thing, after a brief chat about some of the opportunities available we decided to send of a couple of applications.

I couldn't be happier! I'll admit that previous experience with other Recruitment Agencies made me sceptical to begin with.
