We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join a leading Travel organisation, in a fully homebased role. Our client is looking for those with recent experience in a similar product management role within the travel sector, along with good working knowledge of the Caribbean and contacts already in place, so you're able to 'hit the ground running'.

In return, they can offer a highly competitive salary plus excellent industry benefits. Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

Role of Caribbean Product Manager:

Full product responsibility for your region
Negotiate market leading rates, exclusive offers and availability with suppliers
Accountable for the trading performance of designated destination
Undertake market research, competitor analysis and performance reviews
Development and management of strong supplier relationships
Ensuring product and suppliers' full adherence to Health and Safety requirements
Supporting the sales teams and wider business with product training and information

Skills required for the role:

Recent experience working within a Product/Purchasing role with the travel industry - essential
Extensive experience of Caribbean destinations
Excellent negotiation skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive and enthusiastic
Able to work well as part of a team
