We have some brand new and fabulous opportunities to join a leading US Tour Operator as an Agency Partnership Executive. These exciting and fast paced roles will see the successful candidates contacting travel agents throughout the UK to increase brand awareness of our client’s product and will suit those with outbound sales experience and ideally, personal travel experience to the US.

These are fully home-based roles (inc. training), with a Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm working week, competitive salary plus uncapped bonus, a work from home allowance of £1200, a training allowance of £250 per month for the first 6 months, discounted holidays, online company events and much more!

Role of US Agency Partnership Executive:

Contact UK travel agents to promote our client’s product and increase brand awareness
Build relationships and rapport with travel agents
Use influencing skills to overcome objections
Assist with other duties within the department as required

Skills required for the role:

Previous outbound sales calling experience
Able to spend all day (at least 6 hours) talking to potential customers
A self-motivated, target driven attitude
A positive communication style and an ability to overcome objections
Good clear verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in the UK travel industry
USA destination knowledge
Personal travel to the USA would be an advantage

I took a 7 year hiatus from the Travel industry to develop my skills in a completely different role. Unfortunately, that came to an abrupt end through to insolvency and it knocked me sideways as I was climbing the career ladder.
