Our client is a leading Tour Operator, specialising in luxury bespoke holidays and are the proud recipient of multiple British Travel awards. Offering tailor-made holidays and tours to some of the world's finest, luxury resorts and exclusive destinations, they're experiencing year-on-year growth and are keen to ensure this continues!

With this in mind, they're now looking for experienced travel consultants to join their team, in a fully homebased role. Previous travel sales experience is essential for the position, along with strong communication skills and the ability to deliver an exceptional level of customer service.

In return, our client can offer a competitive salary of £25k, excellent uncapped commission structure with an average OTE of £45k, great working hours (7pm latest finish time) and extensive benefits package including 30 days holiday (inc. Bank) rising to 33 with length of service, (plus your birthday off!), private pension, private healthcare for you and your family, discounted holidays within their amazing portfolio of products, luxury fam trips and much, much more!

Role of Worldwide Personal Travel Consultant:

Arranging luxury holidays to worldwide destinations
Packaging bespoke, multi-sector itineraries to ensure your client enjoys their perfect holiday
Offering destination product advice and suggestions
Building rapport and offering an exceptional level of customer service to encourage repeat business
Working to sales targets
Attending luxury familiarisation trips to increase product knowledge

Skills required for the role:

Previous travel sales/reservations experience gained within a travel agency or tour operator - essential
Working knowledge of luxury travel products and destinations
Strong sales ability
Ability to deliver an exceptional level of customer service
Warm and welcoming telephone manner
A positive ‘can do’ approach

I got a call from Rachel at Succeed Recruitment within minutes of uploading my CV and she was ever so warm, friendly and sympathetic.
