We have a brand new, fantastic opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join a specialist travel group based in Birmingham. This is a transformational period for our client as they build on their success to create a platform for further growth and they're now looking for a talented in-house Graphic Designer with strong video skills to join their dynamic marketing team.
As an in-house Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating visually compelling and inspiring content that captures the essence of the brand and engages their audience. You'll design a variety of digital and print materials and produce high-quality video content to support their marketing efforts. Your creativity and technical skills will help drive their brand's visual identity and storytelling.

Role of Graphic Designer:
- Design and produce digital assets including social media graphics, website landing pages, email banners and online ads.
- Create print materials such as flyers, posters, and print ads, as well as artwork for exhibition stands.
- Develop video content including promotional videos and advertisements, and social media reels and shorts.
- Source and update images for trip pages.
- Creative development and design of both print and digital brochures.
- Regular design edits/product updates to ensure digital brochures stay correct and current.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
- Assist in the development of visual content strategies to boost audience engagement.
- Image sourcing, editing & refinement.
- Identifying, collating and repurposing relevant UGC content for future design use.
- Ensuring all media assets adhere to brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics across all assets and visual communications.
- Continuous development and ownership of the brand guidelines.
Skills required for the role:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a B2C business and/or retail or travel industry.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
- Experience in video production including editing, and post-production.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for travel and storytelling.
