We're looking for a customer-focused, travel industry professional to join a luxury, tailor-made holiday company as a Customer Relations Executive. The Customer Relations Executive role is pivotal in delivering outstanding concierge services to our client's customers by effectively managing and resolving complaints across diverse communication channels. This position focuses on addressing customer concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction throughout their travel journey.
Previous experience in a customer relations role within luxury travel is essential for the position, along with a positive and pro-active approach.

Role of Luxury Travel Customer Relations Executive:
- Help customers regarding pre-travel, in-resort, and post-travel concerns through our helpdesk platform.
- Take ownership of formal customer complaints from their initial acknowledgment to their final resolution, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
- Extend support to guests during operational incidents, offering assistance even during out-of-hours periods.
- Process customer cancellations according to company policies and terms & conditions, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Strive to deliver exceptional customer service, as evidenced by high customer satisfaction ratings and positive reviews across various platforms.
- Collaborate with the customer relations manager to identify opportunities for process improvements, both internally and for enhancing the overall customer experience
Skills required for the role:
- Proven experience in a similar customer relations role within the travel industry.
- In depth travel industry product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer focus and empathy
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills.
