We have a brand new role available for those with strong operations & administration experience, looking for an opportunity to work from home for a specialist travel organisation. Building on more than 30 years of award-winning success within the tailor-made travel sector, our client has moved their expertise to the travel homework arena, working with specialist products such as small ship cruises, luxury beach holidays and tailor-made travel itineraries to destinations including the Greek Islands, Turkey, Morocco and Croatia.
They're now looking for a Operations & Administration Manager to join their homebased team, dealing with operational issues, responding to airline changes or cancellations and responding to any queries or complaints from clients.
On offer is a competitive salary up to £27k plus travel industry benefits. All equipment will be provided and hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (occasional Saturdays, with Friday off the following week) and some out of hours support may be required, which will attract additional payment.

Role of Operations & Administration Manager:
- Dealing with any operational issues including requesting confirmation from overseas
- Responding to airline changes or cancellations
- Dealing with any complaints from clients
- Handling overseas agency or hotel payments
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
- Any other admin tasks as required
- Responding to any emergency in resort issues which may be out of hours
Skills required for the role:
- Previous operations / customer service / admin experience gained within the travel industry
- Good product knowledge of Greek islands, Turkey, Croatia, Egypt etc.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, pro-active approach
- Confident and professional manner
- Ability to work well with autonomy
- Spare room or office space from which to work
