You'll help them expand their digital footprint and oversee their social communications efforts and will also develop and implement informed content strategies, tailored to the strengths of various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and affinity.

Role of Social Media Manager:
Hands On Day-To-Day:
- Content planning and development; ensuring regular, high quality and creative content.
- Scheduling and delivering messages primarily across Instagram, Facebook & TikTok.
- Community Management; managing queries and messages, replying to people and engaging with audiences.
- Creating strong written posts that have excellent grammar and spelling that grab the attention of the audience.
- Using in app tools and Illustrator to create video and other visual media assets to create exciting, fun content that helps achieve the business aims - you will work with our designer for more complex video asks and brand / campaign guidelines.
- Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms.
- Ensuring consistency in the brand messaging
- Managing and developing the Social Media executive
Strategy, Planning, Direction & Growth:
- Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep our social media presence consistently relevant.
- Analysing and reporting back on content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations.
- Establish key performance indicators to understand efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations.
- Analyse the social strategy to make frequent improvement suggestions.
- Working closely with the Paid Social agency to create a collaborate approach to growth and social media objectives.
- Creating and managing a new influencer strategy.
Skills required for the role:
- A minimum of 5-years' experience in a similar social media role with experience in quickly growing and maintaining a large social media audience for a brand and can provide examples
- Experience of working with content creators
- Detailed understanding of what creative content works best on social media
- The ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights or recommendations
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, in particular Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Sendible
- A qualification in social media or digital marketing is preferred but not essential
