I took a 7 year hiatus from the Travel industry to develop my skills in a completely different role. Unfortunately, that came to an abrupt end through to insolvency and it knocked me sideways as I was climbing the career ladder.

Having spoken to two other recruitment agencies (both of whom wanted to send my CV for roles without disclosing the name of the company which made me feel uncomfortable), I rang Succeed Recruitment with a heavy heart, assuming they would have the same approach.
