I took a 7 year hiatus from the Travel industry to develop my skills in a completely different role. Unfortunately, that came to an abrupt end through to insolvency and it knocked me sideways as I was climbing the career ladder.

Due to the relationship she had built with her client she was able to ascertain from the start whether I would be a good 'fit' with the company and provided great guidance throughout. Rachel made me feel like she really cared about both myself and the client and was working to get the best outcome for everyone. It worked, I got the job!
