Description:
This is a standalone, senior creative role in which you will have full ownership of the brand’s visual identity, creative direction, and content strategy—working closely with marketing, sales and leadership to redefine how our client is presented to the world.
You will be instrumental in elevating the brand, creating distinct identities for each product and delivering strong differentiation that resonates with luxury travellers and HNWIs. You will be the creative guardian of the brand, building a cohesive, aspirational identity across every customer touchpoint—from brochures and digital content to onboard design and global marketing campaigns.
This role blends brand leadership, hands-on creative work, strategic thinking and content creation, with international travel to capture original content from tours worldwide.
The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio across branding, graphic design and content production and proven experience working with luxury brands or premium products. A willingness to travel overseas on a regular basis with the role is also required.

Role of Senior Creative & Content Lead:
Brand Leadership & Creative Direction:
- Contribute to development and implementation of comprehensive brand guidelines
- Establish distinct product branding for each tour route and experience
- Lead all visual storytelling and creative standards across marketing channels
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency and impact
Graphic Design & Marketing Materials:
- Design luxury print and digital brochures
- Develop route guides and pre-departure materials
- Create trade show stand designs and event branding
- Produce social ads, digital assets and campaign visuals
- Design all onboard collateral and printed materials
Photography & Video Production:
- Develop a house photography & video style aligned to brand look and feel
- Capture high-end content across tours internationally
- Produce product videos, tour highlights and visual storytelling content
- Create YouTube content including FAQs and product walkthroughs
- Deliver short-form social content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Reels
Travel & Content Capture:
- Travel internationally with tours (Europe, Central Asia, China, and potentially India)
- Capture real-world experiences, excursions and onboard life
- Build a structured content library usable across all channels and markets
Skills required for the role:
- Proven experience working with luxury brands or premium products
- Clear understanding of how to engage and market to HNW and UHNW audiences
- Strong portfolio across branding, graphic design and content production
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to work independently
- Excellent visual storytelling instincts
- Strong commercial awareness and marketing understanding
- Deep passion for travel and cultural storytelling
Desirable:
- Experience within luxury travel, hospitality or transport
- Knowledge of premium vehicles, yachts, aviation or rail
- Experience working in a brand-launch or brand-repositioning environment
