Role of Ticketing & Aviation Manager:
- The main aspect of the role will be to oversee the ticket department on a daily basis.
- Queue management – ensure all q’s are kept up to date including: schedule changes, general, web, re-issues and q’s are checked at the end of the day to ensure everything has been actioned for that day.

- Cover the OOH emergency line as part of a rota.

Description:
As a Travel Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for representing our client's brand by delivering excellent customer, listening to your customers' needs to ensure they select the right product and helping to attract new customers to their award winning product.
Previous travel sales experience is essential for the position, along with an empathetic approach and the ability to communicate confidently with people of all levels. In return, our client can offer a highly competitive salary plus excellent earning potential.
Our client is based in a beautiful, centrally located office and hours of work are on a rota basis and will include shifts of Monday - Friday 9am – 5.30pm, one late night per week and one or two Saturdays per month (Saturdays and late shifts are worked from home.)

Role of Travel Sales Executive:
- Understand your customer and seek to understand their reason for considering a trip
- Ensure any advice given is genuine and trips recommended are suited to your customers to ensure they get the most out of their trip and return to book in the future
- Be confident using your personality with interacting with customers mostly over the telephone, web chat or email
- Deliver exceptional customer service during the booking process and support with further incoming queries with the customers
- Analyse competitor activity and pricing and report on areas where action is necessary
- Work to and achieve sales targets
Skills required for the role:
- Significant experience in the travel Industry – essential
- Strong sales ability and a proven sales track record
- Enthusiastic and motivational individual who can communicate well at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and friendly personality
- Ability to build relationships, credibility and rapport quickly and successfully with the customers
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team and individually
- Flexibility with regard to working hours
