- Statement preparation
- Manage daily aged debtor reports to ensure prompt collection and condense aged debt to meet agreed objectives.
- Highlight problems and issues when they occur for timely resolution
- Prepare aged debt reports
- Daily/Weekly statement preparation
- Action direct debit receipting and queries
- Assisting with receipting into accounting system
- Action and resolve statement queries
- Review SPS & TAPS aged debt and resolve queries
- PXP reporting and statement to PXP partners

Role of Ticketing Executive:
- Ensure that all queues are kept up to date including: schedule changes, general, web, native and re-issues,
- Ensure that all Q’s are checked at the end of the day to ensure that all tickets have been issued.
- Monitor fuel, tax and fare increases and ensure that agents and clients are notified and deadlines are met.
- Assist with the BSP Ticket Audit
- Monitor schedule changes and ensure that agents and customers are advised of scheduled changes and then action changes.
- Advise the crisis team of any disruptions to airline services that will affect passengers and ensure that contingency plans are followed.
- Assist with airline refund and ensure they are processed within set guidelines.
- Investigate any ADM’s received and ensure that if required they are disputed with the airlines.
- Ensure that E-tracker refunds are kept up to date and processed from the reports
- Complete rebooking of flights, hotels and transfers when needed.
- Out of hours support when required on a Rota basis or to cover sickness.
Skills required for the role:
- Minimum 2 years in airline reservations/ticketing role using a GDS
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to remain calm working in a highly pressurised environment
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload to tight deadlines

Description:
As a member of the Post Booking Services team, you’ll be at the heart of the customers journey providing personalised, high-quality post-booking support, demonstrating exceptional service, handling a range of concierge and aftersales tasks with care, precision, and enthusiasm.
This is an office-based role offering a competitive salary of up to £28k plus excellent benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with an average of two Saturdays a month. Shifts on a rota basis from 8am – 6pm. No Sundays or lates!

Role of Post Booking Services Executive:
- Answer customer enquiries by phone and email regarding bookings, payments, travel details
- Provide seamless post-booking support, including itinerary updates and special requests
- Manage booking changes, documentation, and administration with efficiency
- Deliver proactive service by sharing updates and tailored travel information with customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Represent the brand with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
- Book flights, hotels, transfers and tour elements for package holidays
Skills required for the role:
- Enthusiastic individuals with a genuine passion for travel and cruises
- A natural problem-solver with a positive, “can-do” approach
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- A flexible team player with initiative and self-motivation
- Background within the airline industry is desirable
