Role of Fares & Ticketing Team Leader:
- Amadeus/GDS champion for the company and keep up to date with any new products/development,assist in training, testing and implementation.
- Queue management – ensure all q’s are kept up to date including: schedule changes, general, web, re-issues and q’s are checked at the end of the day to ensure everything has been actioned for that day.
- Monitor schedule changes and ensure that agents/customers are advised of the changes.
- Make any alterations to bookings, update back office systems to reflect the changes.
- Ensure tickets/re-isssues are issued within the deadlines
- Assist with BSP reconciliation and process refunds
- Investigate ADM’s/ACM’s on a monthly basisand dispute with airlines where required, address any staff losses
- Assist the reservations team with any fare queries
- Assist with the set up of new E-accounts & ongoing relationships
- Ensure that reservations team are updated with new fares, special fares, changes to routings
Skills required for the role:

- Develop and finalise a detailed Operations Voucher for each tour you manage, outlining the entire operation of the tour, for the Tour Management team to execute.
- Carry out detailed handover meeting with Tour Leader at least 72 hours ahead of tour departure.
- Complete post-tour reconciliation of final invoices and deliver tour debrief to all key internal stakeholders.
Skills required for the role:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the travel sector (tour ops or agency), ideally with a focus on delivering luxury services.
- A strong understanding of the luxury travel market is desirable, with knowledge of global destinations, high-end hospitality, and exclusive client services.
- A thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations, GDPR and Package Travel Regulations.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, German or French would be an advantage.
- High level of attention to detail.

Role of Cruise Product Executive:
- Designing tailor-made cruise holidays which may include tours, excursions and rail
- Analysis of competitors activity
- Keeping up to date with new trends, promotions and cruise news
- Building relationships suppliers to ensure exclusive rates
- Display strong commercial awareness
- Staff training on new products
Skills required for the role:
- Experience of working within the travel/cruise industry
- Ability to create tailor-made cruise and stay holidays
- Excellent eye for detail
- Can work in a fast paced environment, often working to deadlines
- Creative, innovative and good presentation skills
- Motivated with excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
