Successful candidates will have a proven sales track record within the travel sector, a confident and engaging telephone manner and will be flexible with regard to working hours as some evening and weekend working will be involved. Role of Fares & Ticketing Team Leader:
- Amadeus/GDS champion for the company and keep up to date with any new products/development,assist in training, testing and implementation.
- Queue management – ensure all q’s are kept up to date including: schedule changes, general, web, re-issues and q’s are checked at the end of the day to ensure everything has been actioned for that day.
- Monitor schedule changes and ensure that agents/customers are advised of the changes.
- Make any alterations to bookings, update back office systems to reflect the changes.
- Ensure tickets/re-isssues are issued within the deadlines
- Assist with BSP reconciliation and process refunds
- Investigate ADM’s/ACM’s on a monthly basisand dispute with airlines where required, address any staff losses
- Assist the reservations team with any fare queries
- Assist with the set up of new E-accounts & ongoing relationships
- Ensure that reservations team are updated with new fares, special fares, changes to routings
Skills required for the role:
- Excellent fares & ticketing knowledge
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience
- Strong GDS knowledge including Amadeus & Travelport
- Able to communicate effectively
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong product knowledge and business awareness

Role of Marketing Manager:

Role of Cruise Product Manager:
- To converse confidently and professionally to cruise lines and their account managers on a regular basis to ensure all product needs are agreed to, that will achieve agreed targets
- To be the product escalation for trading and to be present in all fundamental meetings
- To lead and direct all workload appropriately to the product developers, prioritising their daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Work closely with the trading, product support, contracting and the marketing teams to ensure capacities and new products are handed over in a timely manner

Role of Ticketing Service Team Executive:
- Ensure that all queues are kept up to date including: schedule changes, general, web, native and re-issues,
- Ensure that all Q’s are checked at the end of the day to ensure that all tickets have been issued.
- Monitor fuel, tax and fare increases and ensure that agents and clients are notified and deadlines are met.
- Assist with the BSP Ticket Audit
- Monitor schedule changes and ensure that agents and customers are advised of scheduled changes and then action changes.
- Advise the crisis team of any disruptions to airline services that will affect passengers and ensure that contingency plans are followed.
- Assist with airline refund and ensure they are processed within set guidelines.
- Investigate any ADM’s received and ensure that if required they are disputed with the airlines.
- Ensure that E-tracker refunds are kept up to date and processed from the reports
- Complete rebooking of flights, hotels and transfers when needed.
- Out of hours support when required on a Rota basis or to cover sickness.
Skills required for the role:
- Minimum 2 years in airline reservations/ticketing role using a GDS
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to remain calm working in a highly pressurised environment
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload to tight deadlines

Role of Luxury Reservations & Pre-Travel Services Executive:
- Work with the Reservations Manager to support and perform the Reservations job function for operators/agents & direct passengers
- Daily inbox management – responding to customer enquiries directly and co-ordinating responses required from other team members.
- Groups Management – loading initial group contracts, rooming lists and maintaining records (i.e. deposit due dates, identifying group variations)
- Issuing booking sales reports on a daily basis
- Work with Reservations Manager to support the company’s visa processing
- Work with the Reservations Manager in the fulfilment of all tour documentation (pre and post travel) for the guests
- House management of the Reservations system – undertake the responsibility of tour loading and inventory management
- Promotions - Creating and editing reservation promotions and special offers
Skills required for the role:
- Previous experience gained within the travel sector – sales/reservations/customer service
- Excellent communicator via phone, e-mail and face to face
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Approachable and able to build effective relationships
- A strong understanding of GDPR
- Flexible team player
