Successful candidates will have a proven sales track record within the travel sector, a confident and engaging telephone manner and will be flexible with regard to working hours as some evening and weekend working will be involved. - Check cruise bookings loaded by colleagues have been loaded correctly ( using the Cruise Checklist)
- Invoicing of cruise bookings
- Ensure that notifications received from cruise lines to advise of itinerary changes are communicated to agents
- Ensure that online check in is completed by agents so that ticket can be issued
- Loading of Web bookings into in house systems
- Issue tickets within given deadlines for all cruise bookings and ensure that all they are all correct and that all elements for the bookings are dispatched together.
- Keep knowledge of products and destinations sold up to date by attending training sessions, completing web-based training
- Any bookings made on board ( by passenger) have been administered correctly.
- Calls from agents regarding queries on bookings & amendments to bookings

Role of Flight Sales Executive:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day management of researching and communicating the latest flight prices and deals
- Responsible for the comprehensive daily analysis of flights prices, performance in relation to seasonality and booking trends
- Responsible for providing analysis to the Director of Product Development daily in relation to price competitiveness
- Sourcing marketing leading prices in all seat categories to maximise individual booking profitability
- Co-ordinating with the marketing team regarding promotional campaigns to ensure best in market rates are applied to all promotions

- Support Head of Partnerships to ensure the business achieves all marketing income opportunities
- Create, maintain and nurture relationships with new and existing airline partners

Reporting to the content manager, you'll be responsible for creating SEO-friendly copy for our client's hotel landing pages, ensuring it is unique, absorbing, informative and accurate.

You'll also be required to carry out amends and updates to property descriptions already on the websites, as well as supporting the content manager and senior copywriter with the production of blogs, emails and social media posts. Ultimately, your aim is to engage customers and drive sales with compelling and persuasive copy.
Previous copywriting experience, either freelance, in-house or within an agency environment is essential for the role and our client is looking for candidates driven by results, who work well under pressure and who are able to deliver consistently to deadlines.

Role of Travel Copywriter:
- Create SEO-friendly hotel landing page copy that is unique, engaging and informative
- Amend and update property descriptions already on our client's websites
- Ensure all content is accurate, grammatically correct and retains the right tone for the specific brand you are writing for
- Support the content manager and senior copywriter to produce blogs, email copy and social media posts
- Create SEO-friendly hotel landing page copy that is unique, engaging and informative.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team on copy requests for email, social media and other channels.
Skills required for the role:
- Previous copywriting experience and an interest in the travel sector
- Degree level or equivalent in a related field (e.g. Journalism, English, Marketing or similar)
- Experience of writing blogs, landing page copy and marketing content
- An interest in and/or some basic knowledge of SEO, social media and PR
- Basic Knowledge of HTML & CMS would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals across departments
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised and manage workloads effectively
